How do I book an appointment?
Booking is easy! Use our online form or call us during business hours. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred time. Can I walk in for a nail trim?
Yes! We welcome walk-in nail trims anytime we are open, no appointment needed. What is a mat charge?
Mat charges are applied when your pet has very heavily matted fur, and if you did not disclose that information during booking, you can expect to pay $5-$10 more for a small dog, add $10-$20 for a doodle or poodle due to the extra attention your pet will require.
Are your grooming products safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. We only use pH-balanced, gentle products designed specifically for pets with sensitive skin to ensure comfort and safety. What are the Benefits of Regular Grooming?
Besides the health benefits to your pet, regular clients receive a choice of appointment times, reminder texts the day ahead of time, and there will not be matting charges because your dog will always be in tip-top shape.
How can I care for my pet after grooming?
Keep your pet comfortable by brushing regularly, avoiding baths for a day or two, and watching for any signs of irritation. We’re happy to provide personalized tips! Can I Wait While My Dog is Being Groomed?
We have a lobby which you are welcome to wait while your dog is groomed. However, please be courteous to groomer and wait until they are finished to visit your pet, as it often gets more difficult to calm the animal so the groomer can finish.
Will My Dog be in a Crate?
Yes, all pets will be placed in a spacious, comfortably padded crate until picked up.
The primary reason is to ensure the safety of all our dogs—you don’t need to worry about an aggressive dog attacking or scaring your pet. Another reason is sanitation; dogs are not allowed to wander freely, which prevents them from tracking dirt. An additional and important reason is that our owner may not know if these animals have fleas, mites, or other pests, helping to prevent matting and the spread of fleas or pests to other animals.
When should I bring my puppy in for its first grooming?
As soon as your puppy is fully vaccinated, they should begin grooming, following our recommended schedule.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Most breeds with hair are recommended to come every 6-8 weeks. Keeping your pet regularly groomed ensures proper skin, ear, and nail health.
How long will my appointments take?
We space our appointments throughout the day to ensure your pet isn’t kept waiting longer than necessary. Our time goals are very accurate:
1 small dog full groom: 1½-2 hours.
2 small dog full groom: 2½-3 hours.
Small dog bath: ~45 minutes to 1 hour.
Large dog bath: 1-1½ hours.
